Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website thecopler.com, operated by Copler LLC. They do not govern the services Copler provides to clients; those are governed by the service agreement signed with each client.

Information on the site

The site describes Copler’s services in general terms. Descriptions, service standards and figures on the site are not an offer. The scope, service levels and price for a particular client are set only in a written proposal and the agreement that follows. We keep the site current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at any given moment.

Forms and messages

By sending a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to give the contact details you provide. How we handle the data is described in the Privacy policy. Sending a form does not create a contract.

Intellectual property

Texts, illustrations, the drawn portraits of the team, the Copler name and logo belong to Copler or its licensors. You may read and print pages for your own information. Any other use, including reproducing the illustrations or text on another site, requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Copler is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content, or from interruptions in its availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ukraine at the registered address of Copler LLC, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country provide otherwise.

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your visit applies.
