Services

IT support services, in the form your company needs

Hand your IT to a dedicated team, or keep your own lead and give us one layer: first-line support, a domain, or a project. The scope is agreed in writing, and the same team stays on your account.

Scope

What we look after

Every engagement is built from the same set of services. The scope for your company is agreed before we start.

  • User support (L1)

Accounts, workstations, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, peripherals, access requests. One system for every request, whoever sends it; if you do not have one, we set it up.

  • System administration and security (L2)

Updates, endpoint protection, configuration, software compliance. Faults that recur are investigated at root cause.

  • Server administration

Monitoring of Windows and Linux servers, configuration, backup and recovery.

  • Backup and disaster recovery

Configuration, scheduled restore tests, and a recovery plan you have seen and approved.

  • Access control

Access levels matched to roles, joiners and leavers handled the same day, regular review of who has access to what.

  • Accounts, licences and subscriptions

Administration and regular review, so you pay for what you use.

Engagements

Ways to work with us

  • Fully managed IT

You have no IT function of your own. We run it: one point of entry for your employees, and we report to you.

  • Outsourced IT support

IT sits with one person alongside their main role, or with several contractors. We take it over as one team.

  • Co-managed IT

You have a team and a strategy. We take the layer you name: first line, after-hours, overflow or one domain. We work through your IT lead and nobody else.

  • Remote managed IT

    Everything above, delivered remotely.

  • User support
  • System administration and security
  • Server administration
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Access control
  • Accounts, licences and subscriptions

Outcomes

What changes when Copler runs your IT

Three things you can count on from the first month.

  • Your engineers know your business

A designated group handles your requests and knows the context: your people, your systems, the decisions behind them. Less time goes on explaining, more on the fix.

  • Faults stop coming back

A request closes when the problem is solved, not when it is answered. A fault that recurs is investigated at the cause and fixed for good. The number of requests should fall quarter by quarter, and the monthly report shows whether it does.

  • Nothing is lost when people change

What the team learns about your business is written down and belongs to your company. When an engineer changes, the change is planned and the next one arrives briefed. Your setup is never explained from scratch.
