About
Copler, the people behind your IT
Engineers who know your business, and keep it that way when people change
We run your IT within your processes, your standards and your security rules. The engineers who work with you know your business and its people. What they know about you belongs to your company, not to any one person, so a change in the team does not start you over.
Our approach
What we do
We learn your business before we touch its IT: how your teams work, which systems matter on which day, what was decided before and why. A designated group of engineers works with your company and keeps that knowledge current.
What you get from that is continuity. Requests are handled by people who already understand the context, so less time goes on explanations and more on the fix. Decisions are made with the whole picture in view and hold up over time. When the team changes, and over years it will, the change is planned and the next engineer arrives already briefed. Once a month you receive a report you can read without an IT background: what came in, what was resolved, what recurs, and what we recommend next.

The name
Why we are called Copler
A coupler joins two parts and carries the load between them. If the joint fails, the coupler is at fault. We took the name because we take the same responsibility: every part of your IT has an owner, and you know each owner by name.
Principles
How we work
- We prevent faults before we repair them
- We monitor, update and do planned maintenance so that emergencies rarely happen. In a good month you hear from us once, when the report arrives.
- We learn your business before we change anything
- We start by learning what you do and how your people work. Then we plan the IT around it, so decisions fit the business and hold up over time.
- We work in your systems, or implement the ones you need
- If you have ticketing, monitoring and documentation, we work in them. If not, we set them up and build a process that runs without us in the room.
- You work with people you know
- Your colleagues speak directly to the engineers who support them and know them by name. If an engineer changes, we tell you first and introduce the next one.
- We write down what we do and what we do not
- Your agreement lists the scope of our work. If a request falls outside it, we say so and help you find the right people.
